Meet the team

Shaun is Managing Director of Ulrich where he is responsible for overall business strategy and growth. He has over two decades of experience working and leading businesses across a range of manufacturing sectors. In his role as Managing Director, Shaun works to maintain Ulrich’s commitment to manufacturing the highest quality of attachments while ensuring the company provides the best support and after care services to customers.

Josh is the Sales Director at Ulrich, a position he has held since January 2024. He previously worked for Ulrich from 2018 to 2021 as an Account Manager and Sales Manager, before returning to the company in 2024. Josh has over 18 years of experience in the construction sector and works closely with the wider sales team to drive business development and to establish and maintain client relationships which would ensure customer satisfaction with Ulrich products and services.

Tina is the office manager at Ulrich and joined the team in 2025. Tina is responsible for day-to-day operations at Ulrich which includes quality control and ensuring all clients and suppliers receive the highest levels of service from the Ulrich team.

Emma is the National Sales Manager at Ulrich where she is responsible for the management of the day-to-day sales of all our products and services, working closely with each department. Emma is responsible for all key accounts and maintaining client relationships, where she regularly travels to engage with customers of Ulrich and ensures all clients are receiving the highest levels of service from our team.

Craig is the Sales Account Manager at Ulrich, Craig joined the team in June 2024 and is responsible for all attachment sales & enquiries, maintaining positive client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction with all Ulrich products and services.

Robin joined Ulrich in 2004 from and has over 20 years’ experience with the Ulrich product, he is responsible for all spare parts enquiries and maintaining relationships by providing the best service and solution for the client’s attachments.

Robbie joined Ulrich in 2018, he is responsible for supporting Robin with all spare parts enquiries and maintaining relationships by providing the best service and solution for the client’s attachments.

Rob joined Ulrich in 2008 and has over 27 years of product design experience with previously working with the Boughton product. As Design Manager, Rob oversees the design process for all our orders, ensuring that each attachment is of the highest quality and to our customer’s expectations and application needs.

Jody joined Ulrich in 2000 and is currently the longest serving employee at Ulrich. With a wealth of experience with the Ulrich of product, Jody is responsible for the designing of all products and attachments at Ulrich, ensuring the highest quality is produced to comply with the clients request and bespoke needs.

Caroline joined Ulrich in 2023. Caroline is responsible for all financial enquiries and processing of day-to-day administration. 

Sean Donovan joined Ulrich in April 2025 as Business Development Manager. Sean has a wealth of experience within the industry in particularly with attachments and has worked with many of the plant machinery OEM’s within the industry prior to joining Ulrich. Sean is responsible for maintaining positive client relations and ensuring our customers receive the highest quality of products & services.

Doug Arnold joined Ulrich in February 2025 as After Sales Manager. Doug has a multitude of experience within the Construction and Agricultural sector having worked with a number OEM’s within the industry.
