Meet the team

Shaun is Managing Director of Ulrich where he is responsible for overall business strategy and growth. He has over two decades of experience working and leading businesses across a range of manufacturing sectors. In his role as Managing Director, Shaun works to maintain Ulrich’s commitment to manufacturing the highest quality of attachments while ensuring the company provides the best support and after care services to customers.

Josh is the Sales Director at Ulrich, a position he has held since January 2024. He previously worked for Ulrich from 2018 to 2021 as an Account Manager and Sales Manager, before returning to the company in 2024. Josh has over 18 years of experience in the construction sector and works closely with the wider sales team to drive business development and to establish and maintain client relationships which would ensure customer satisfaction with Ulrich products and services.

Dave Lloyd is the General Manager at Ulrich Attachments’ manufacturing facility, a role he has held since August 2020. With over 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and steel fabrication sector, Dave brings extensive industry knowledge and leadership to the business. He works closely with the production team to ensure the highest standards of quality are maintained, delivering reliable products and supporting a consistently high level of customer satisfaction across Ulrich’s range of attachments and services.

Tina is the office manager at Ulrich and joined the team in 2025. Tina is responsible for day-to-day operations at Ulrich which includes quality control and ensuring all clients and suppliers receive the highest levels of service from the Ulrich team.

Emma is the National Sales Manager at Ulrich where she is responsible for the management of the day-to-day sales of all our products and services, working closely with each department. Emma is responsible for all key accounts and maintaining client relationships, where she regularly travels to engage with customers of Ulrich and ensures all clients are receiving the highest levels of service from our team.
